Q. Tell us about yourself, why and when did you decide to become a winemaker?

A. It is a passion handed down for generations.

Q. If you had to use three words, which one will you use to describe your work?

A. Passion, respect (for the environment), meticulous.

Q. What is your biggest fear during the entire vine cycle?

A. Hailstorm

Q. What makes you happy about your job?

A. The results we are getting with our wines.

Q. What was the most important moment in your career as a winemaker?

A. we are continuously growing and important moments are growing day by day.

Q. What is your vision on organic, biodynamic, and sustainable?

A. They are all beautiful realities. The important thing is to commit to respecting the planet in whatever category you belong to.

Q. What do you do to preserve the planet?

A. We limit the use of plant protection products to the maximum and use products that respect the environment as much as possible.

Q. If you had to use three words, which one would you use to describe your wines?

A. Elegant, classic, aromatic.

Q. Why are your wines different from your direct competitors?

A. Maybe because we are a small reality that works in a meticulous and traditional way.

Q. Among your wine, which one are you most fond of? What makes you proud? And why?

A. Amarone, because it is the most demanding wine to obtain but the results pay off for your commitment.

Q. What was the highlight of your winemaker career?

A. Today and I am sure that tomorrow will be even higher.
